Customer Service Representative
Frisco, TX
The customer service representative should be energetic, enthusiastic, organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate for this position is able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision. He/she will support
MDConnection customers and perform standard administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling and monitoring the phones.
Responsibilities:
- › Troubleshoot software and enrollment issues with MDConnection customers via phone and online meetings
- › Document and organize support tickets
- › Assist with all general office procedures including data entry, sending packages, etc.
Qualifications:
- › Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- › Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- › Positive attitude
Preferred Experience:
- › Experience with medical billing
- › Interest or experience in communications, or other related fields
