A: No. We do have an initial contract for using the software, however there is no time commitment, and you may cancel your services at any time.

Q: What is the typical set up time for using MDConnection?
A: We will have your software ready, and the ability to submit commercial electronic claims within 3-5 business days. Government payers may take longer to enroll.

Q: What kind of support can I expect after I sign up?
A: All plans include unlimited free email and phone support from our trained staff. We also offer paid-training if you wish to have one-on-one training.

Q: How secure is the web-based MDConnection software?
A: We already exceed the minimum HIPAA security requirements for protecting personal healthcare information. Your data is securely hosted, and backed up daily.

All MDConnection and PatientConnection software updates are implemented in late evenings, after normal business hours. Software updates are free, and will not require any installation from users. An alert notification prompts users to view recent software updates as soon as they log-in, and detailed alert descriptions/instructions are available any time.
