Want to get started with valuable training videos for MDConnection? Look no further. We
want you to become an expert at using our software, and learning how to manage your
medical practice through MDConnection is a great place to start!
Software Training
MDConnection partners with
GotoMeeting for online training sessions with up to 25 participants.
For a nominal fee (ask your sales representative for pricing), training can be done
at a single workstation at your facility, or users can
login at their own workstations and conference with the trainer. A typical
session lasts about 1-hour, and a minimum of two sessions will be required to
efficiently use MDConnection. Additional training is available at your request.

Although MDConnection offers an integrated support ticket system within the
application, our knowledgeable customer support staff will promptly handle each
